Pro Comm Direct is led by two former Illinois Bell / Ameritech installation and maintenance technicians. Spanning a twenty-one year career in downtown Chicago (1978-1999) we became specialized in the commercial and residential high-rise telecommunications environment.

Utilizing these skills, we now riser manage over twenty multi-unit buildings in Chicago.

At Pro Comm Direct, we are not electricians doing low voltage telephone wiring and phone systems. Their realm of expertise is usually limited to unit wiring and equipment. We are telephone technicians whose expertise encompasses the wiring and equipment from the Local Exchange Carriers (SBC etc.) central office, thru the distribution cable under the streets and in the alleys. Then it extends to the wiring in the building, the service cable to the unit, the unit wiring and jacks, and finally to the phone equipment itself.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured, as well as members of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
